You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks, and processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. taraplay does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Any funds deposited must be used for entertainment purposes on the platform and may not be transferred to other users.
All bets placed on taraplay are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended after submission. Sports betting markets, odds, and available events are subject to changewithout prior notice, and taraplay does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or event at any given time. In the event of a technical error or system fault that affects the outcome of a bet or game, taraplay reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation processes, and results are independent of previous rounds. Winnings are credited to your account balance upon settlement and are available for withdrawal subject to the verification requirements described in Section 2.

taraplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent activity, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, or violating any applicable Philippine laws or regulations. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, we are required to report the matter to the relevant authorities and may withhold account balances pending investigation. Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting us through the details provided on the platform. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
All content on the taraplay platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and software, is the property of taraplay or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission.
